Fully Automatic Self-cleaning Filter Cleaning Process
July 15, 2024
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the preset value (﹙0.5bar﹚) or the time setting value, the filter will start the self-cleaning process. The whole self-cleaning process includes two steps: opening the diaphragm drain valve located on the upper end cover of the filter; the motor drives the stainless steel brush in the filter to rotate, so that the impurities trapped by the filter are brushed off by the steel brush and discharged from the drain valve. The whole cleaning process takes about 15-30 seconds. During cleaning, the system keeps flowing, and the whole operation process of the filter is controlled by the control box provided with the machine.
Cleaning steps of automatic self-cleaning filter:
1. When the pressure difference switch detects that the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter reaches the preset value (0.5 bar),
2. The diaphragm drain valve opens and connects to the atmosphere.
3. The motor drives the steel brush in the filter to rotate.
4. The diaphragm drain valve closes
Fully automatic self-cleaning filter control system
Adopting industrial single-chip PLC automatic control, backwashing can be controlled according to pressure difference or timing, manual, forced cleaning, and power-off cleaning. The filtering interval and cleaning time can be set on site. Output of operation signal, cleaning signal, fault signal and communication signal.
